Delivery Information

Please note that the delivery charge for orders weighing up to 24KG only is now £9.99. However, if your order weighs between 24KG & 27KG (One 12KG & one 15KG bag) it will be delivered for £4.99.  Please contact us for more information if unsure.

Do you live in or around Stamford, Oakham, Uppingham, Bourne, Market Deeping or Peterborough (postcode dependent)?  If so, we offer Free Delivery on all orders over £25.00.  Simply place your order online and as long as the delivery postcode falls in to one of these areas (approximately 10 mile radius of Stamford or Bourne) there will be no postage charge added to your order.  What could be better!

For most other areas in the UK* our delivery charge is £9.99 for orders up to 24KG in weight and £4.99 for orders weighing 24kg-27kg (i.e. a 15KG & 12KG bag). This will be automatically added to your order at checkout.  Should you wish to order more than 27KG that is absolutely fine, the postage rate will multiply accordingly. Please note we cannot currently ship to Northern Ireland.

If you are just wanting to order treats, that’s OK too.  We post them out across the whole of the UK again Free of Charge!
