Delivery Information

Please note that the delivery charge for orders weighing up to 24KG only is now £9.99. However, if your order weighs between 24KG & 27KG (One 12KG & one 15KG bag OR 2 x 13.5KG bags where available – see update below) it will be delivered for £4.99.  Please contact us for more information if unsure.

Do you live in or around Stamford, Oakham, Uppingham, Bourne, Market Deeping, Spalding or Peterborough (postcode dependent)?  If so, we offer Free Delivery on all orders over £25.00.  Simply place your order online and as long as the delivery postcode falls in to one of these areas (approximately 10 mile radius of Stamford or Bourne) there will be no postage charge added to your order.  What could be better!

For most other areas in the UK* our delivery charge is £9.99 for orders up to 24KG in weight and £4.99 for orders weighing 24kg-27kg (i.e. a 15KG & 12KG bag or 2 x 13.5KG bags). This will be automatically added to your order at checkout.  Should you wish to order more than 27KG that is absolutely fine, the postage rate will multiply accordingly. Please note we cannot currently ship to Northern Ireland.

If you are just wanting to order treats, that’s OK too.  We post them out across the whole of the UK again Free of Charge!

*Different rates apply to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland

LOCAL DELIVERIES (within a 10 mile radius of Bourne & Stamford)

As a general ” rule of thumb ” but not specifically :

Tuesday : Stamford and surrounds

Wednesday : Uppingham / Oakham / Buckminster ( and all stops in between ! ) This is the ONLY day deliveries are done in this area due to distance

Thursday : Market Deeping /Peterborough/Wansford

Bourne deliveries are not a set day but we aim to get orders to you within 2/3 working days.

Please make sure your order is put through the DAY BEFORE the delivery day at latest

Your delivery is FREE for orders over £25 or a £4.99 charge is added

We do not deliver over weekends or Bank Holidays as we are either competing with our dogs or judging other peoples dogs !!

We will endeavour to have your order with you within two/three working days after you have placed it but many of you know that we are often much quicker than that as local orders are slotted in asap

Working Dog Food Bag Size Update W/C 24.8.26 🐾

We’re delighted to let you know about a change to the bag sizes across our Working Dog ranges.

As our current stock of 15kg bags runs out, we’re gradually switching to 13.5kg bags. This new size allows us to send two bags in one box with DPD, while also making the bags easier to handle and store for everyone.

The change applies across our Grain Free, Superfood and Super Premium ranges. There’s nothing you need to do — as the 15kg bags sell through, we’ll automatically send the new 13.5kg bags. Our website will be updated with the new size and price as each recipe moves over.

And there’s some good news when it comes to the price! 🎉

We’ve priced these new 13.5kg bags at the same price as the old 12kg bags, which are no longer available.

So although the bag is a little smaller than the previous 15kg bag, you’re getting 1.5kg more food for the same price as the old 12kg bag — more bang for your buck! 🐶❤️

We’ll continue to update the website as other recipes make the switch, so keep an eye out for the new 13.5kg bags.
